How do I pass the job interview at Target?

They keep asking me stupid questions out of a manuscript that some nobody from Minneapolis wrote and I obviously they have right answers because I can't figure out what they want me to say and I never get the job at Target. I've got 9 straight months of retail experince and 3 years altogether, what more do they want?!?!
