how do i solve this work problem?

i work at staples and i am a good worker and the boss knows this so he gives me all the crappy jobs cuz he knows they will get done with me. other people purposely get distracted with other things that he tells to help me and i do all the work and i work faster and than get way more work than a days work while others dont get much from the boss. i only started about 2 weeks ago. same with the others maybe a weeks longer for them
