how do i start my own catering business?

hi i have always loved to cook for other people and would love to start my own catering buisness or open up my own caf'e or sandwich shop or somthing along that line. can someone please tell me how i would go about doing this and what certificates would i need to do this. i have no idea were i need to start, thanks
