How do I get into a Big 4 with only 1 year of experience at a small CPA firm?

I am more than open to travel and the hours of working at a Big 4. I chose a small firm after graduating but really wish I went to a big 4. What's the easiest way to get in contact besides applying through the website? I feel like applying through the website throws me in with 30,000 other candidates.
