How do I get an Investment Banking job in Luxembourg/Brussels/Switzerland?

I am currently working in Leveraged Finance but I am dying to move to another country where I can gain a new language and some valuable exposure.where else in Europe can you recommend and what should be my first step? Is Japan an option? PS: I only speak Englsh and very basic French
