How do I immigrate and get jobs in Australia / Canada / New Zealand / US / Singapore / Europe?

I'm working as SAP-ABAP consultan for the last year. Willing to do anything to get out of my country and move to Australia / Singapore / Canada / New Zealand / USA / European countries. Anyone can help ?
